Money no object I am looking for the best equipment for an aquarium that size,

first of all looking for a LED light that clips across the top of a lidless tank - looking for the absolute brightest sunlight coloured light there is

co2 system

a heater

a filter

best substrate

all available for me in Ireland or online please
