Guys
I have Saulosi Albinos, Pseudotropheus bright orange and blue and pseudotropheus fainzilberi all these all male i guess how to tell they are male or female and they look same to me so if they are male female would they breed each other
three of them has small white eggs on the bottom tail fin the orange one i don't know but look male to me as well so if i be able to change female can i keep all above type or has to be one type?
P.S. all above fish look same to me

three of them has small white eggs on the bottom tail fin , they are most definably males the reason for these is for the female to follow the male and fertilise the eggs . some pictures may help to see males and females.
They will cross breed i think yes if they look similar to each other i can easy happen with cichlids.
