Cichlid fry was created by Jonlate (Jon Late)
Hi all,
I have just inherited my 3rd tank (2foot long 1foot high and 1 foot wide) (60x30x30cm) and wonder what to do with it. My thought are a cichlid tank.
The thing is I really want, as I know the tank is on the small side is.....
1) fry (or slightly older) and watch them grow on.
2) really bright solid colours, yellow, red, blue, orange etc.
So what sort/type of cichlid do I get?
Where can I get small fish that will be the colours I want?
Ideas you cichlid lovers?

I think you're nuts with that size tank. I'd say go with something smaller

Looking into it a bit more, what about a Shellie tank? Are these easy to get? Can I get bright colours in these?
