Hi Guys,
Just arrived back from hols and as such tank hasn't been cleaned in a fortnight. Planted tank with co2. No fertilisers added for last fortnight but I did have a friendly neighbour feed my fish every 3 days. Anyway, enough of the context. Came back to loads of green thread algae all over my plants and substrate. Seems to have gone bananas in last fortnight. How do I get rid of this??

Thanks! Brian

what are you dosing with already, I would say try some easycarbo on it, it should eliminate the thread algae.

+1 on easy Carbo, great stuff! Had the exact same situation myself!

After three weeks of regular water changes and dosing easy Carbo it's all but disappeared!
