I'm looking for a nice bushy plant to fill a gap at the back of my tank. It must be hardy and and able to stand up to my Ancistrus Cats.

I was thinking about Indian Fern, anyone have any experience with it??

I have a 300ltr tank with a mixture of tetras in it, Ph is 7.2.

Any ideas?

Smoke me a Kipper, I’ll be back for breakfast.

Hi Peter!

That sounds like a job for a few onion plants or Hygrophila corymbosa...

Hey Pablo,

I have a few Onion Plants already, but i agree that they are ideal.

I'll keep my eye out for some Hygrophila.

The pic of your tank is cool, That Male Gold Severum is looking great. Any more breeding activity??

Peter.

I like cabomba but never had much luck with it. It's too delicate.

Limnophila looks nice and bushy. The only problem is finding it. I was in Wackers yesterday, Not a plant to be seen anywhere. They usually have loads of Tropica plants.

Got come Limnophila and Hygrophilia Corymbosa.

Limnophilia is doing great, Hygrophilia has been stripped to the stalks by my Ancistrus, Agghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

Bought some Bacopa Australis today in Wackers. I'll see how that does now.

Tropica have tons of quality plants, see what you like and ask the LFS to order some, or buy online - way cheaper.

Ancistrus have been moved to my Cichlid tank.

Funny enough they seem to come out more often in their new tank than in the planted tank.

They were eating cucumber side -by- side with my 4'' Jack Dempsey. My Jack Dempsey is a bit of a pussy cat though.
