OK my female angelfish has developed a lump around her stomach area, She is feeding less and the lump is on one side and kind of pointy, she swims fine and looks ok except for this lump would this be a tumor of some kind

Sounds like a swim bladder problem caused by either constipation putting pressure on the swim bladder or a tumor.
you treat the angel by fasting her for a day or 2 from her regular food. Then after that offer her a shelled and mashed pea. This may or may not help her. This can help move any blockages in their digestive track that may be interfering with the swim bladder's normal function. If the swimming becomes abnormal i would guess this is the issue. Can behard to solve. Hope it works out for you.
Have you isolated the fish on it own ?

It's 2-3 tablespoons per gallon for 15 mins....I wouldn't go to 3 and have successfully used 2 in the past...hope this helps...sounds like bloating due to digestive system blockage interfering with swim bladder....if the fish is facing upwards or at odd angles it will help you identify root cause...
